JLopez Trucking Operations Hub is a private, internal tool used only by JLopez Trucking to manage its own dispatch paperwork. It is not offered to the public.

What the app accesses

When an authorized JLopez Trucking team member signs in with Google, the app can access the Gmail account of that user to:

• send emails containing load paperwork (such as proof-of-delivery documents), and
• read emails related to load confirmations so they can be matched to loads.

How the information is used

Information from Gmail is used only to perform these functions for JLopez Trucking. It is stored only on JLopez Trucking's own private server. It is not used for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Gmail data with any third party. Information is shared only when the user sends an email as part of normal business, such as sending a document to a broker.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Data is kept on private equipment owned by JLopez Trucking, and access to the app is restricted to approved users.

Your choices

A user can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any data held by the app, contact us at the email below.
